1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the Haxan Schooly Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Software are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Data & Content

Schools remain the sole owners of all student, staff, and financial data inputted into the system. Haxan Schooly acts solely as a data processor and will never sell or misuse client data.

4. Subscription & Payments

Use of the software is subject to payment of subscription fees as per the agreed package. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
